Trolling for Wahoo

Join the OTW crew on an unique adventure offshore to hunt for New England wahoo. Captain Jon Pilcher, contributing offshore columnist for On The Water Magazine calls Chris in on a potential wahoo bite 60+ miles south of Nantucket. It’s not quite canyon fishing but the water temperatures and weather allow the crew to hit the blue water in a 33′ center console to hunt this uncommon gamefish. Jon and Chris go over rigging and techniques for targeting this toothy striped speedster. Wahoo hunting is always a gamble but you’ll have to tune-in to see the results – the crew’s expectations were blown out of the water!
